The policy that matters

Find a verified wrong answer, get your money back

Every question in every bank passed two independent derivations of its answer key. If you still find one that's wrong, we want to know — every question in the player has a “Report an error” link.

  • What “verified” means: we re-check the question against the authoritative source it cites. If the source confirms the keyed answer is wrong — not a difference of interpretation or a different textbook convention, but wrong against the citation — the error is verified.
  • What happens then: we fix or retire the question, and we refund the purchase price of the bank it came from. No forms, no fight.
  • Why we can offer this: the Class I bank shipped with full key agreement on all 326 questions across two independent passes. We'd rather refund and fix than defend a bad question.

This policy covers the correctness of the answer key. It is not a pass guarantee: no practice product can promise a result on the real exam, and we don't.
